The small-type arch billet caster designed by our company has some features as follow:

1.    a mature, simple and applied type, a life-time service reliability and convenient for maintenance;

2.    adoption of advanced GuangKe-type mold (detailed latter);

3.    casting blank straightening satisfies the final product’s and technic’s requirements through singlel-point straightening, multipoint straightening and continuous straightening;

4.    flexible dummy bar (chain type with spring board) or Guangke-type rigid dummy bar (a special structure for compensating deformation of dummy bar) applied to ensure the dummy run evenly, trouble-freely and reliably.

5.    The roller tables which located in cooling bed areas are long-roller-type and work together with the armor plates of blank slide , and can be shared with 2 strands or 3 strands. As a result, the reversing machine or hoist machine which was used commonly can be cancelled.
